The latest craze mong Nigerian Governors is acquisition of private jets with the peoples money.The governor of Rivers state,Rotimi Amaechi set the trend,while the Akwa Ibom governor followed with his recent purchase of a $45 million jet yesterday.
The people are suffering with lack of infrastructure,electricity and medical care.The money being wasted on jets by these governors can be used to provide basic amenities for the people that put them in power,but like gluttons they eat with both hands while the people suffer.I just want these thieving governors to know that it wont be business as usual and the people are waiting for the next elections to take their pound of flesh.And the same applies to the 'Okada' banning governor,who used the riders to seek re-election before banning them recently.It is game over for you and your thieving 'godfather' at the next general elections.
