No Clubbing, Cooking & Cleaning: Wife Material Syndrome

In this episode of her vlog series, Toke Makinwa talks about the "wife material syndrome" - women who think they have to behave in very specific ways before the man they're dating will propose. She uses the more common "domestic and homely" examples like cooking, cleaning, and no-clubbing which some Nigerian men and women seem to think is the be all and end all of what makes a woman a wife. Watch and share your thoughts.

New Sex Talk Show Where Couples Have Sex On Stage In Front Of Audience To See

A new TV Talk show has been causing a lot of controversy in the UK. The show, titled Sex Box, is a new sex talk show which involved three couples having sex in a box on stage in front of a studio audience, then talk about it afterwards with a panel of experts. According to reports, the "sex box" is made of thick wood. Inside, it looks like a boutique hotel room. It's soundproof with no cameras, so the couples can't be heard or seen once in there. More after the break ...

A member of the panel of experts, reveal how the show works: "While each of the three couples are in the box (with a 30 minute time limit), Mariella Frostup, who hosts the show, international syndicated sex columnist Dan Savage, psychotherapist Phillip Hodson and me, discuss issues relating to the couple in the box.

For example, when our first young couple are in the box, we talk about porn and the effect it has on a generation who have grown up with it. What can be done to keep female desire going long-term - with surprising insights - was a topic debated for our mature couple. Just what gay men really get up to in bed, was the myth-busting eye-opening debate for the gay male couple.

These discussions are tasteful, intelligent, warm and often funny. They are also educational, challenging harmful sexual myths that confuse and stop lots of people enjoying a healthy, enjoyable sex life. The discussions are so interesting, by the time the couple come out of the box, you'll have forgotten they were in there!"

The producers of the show reveal that it its aim is to normalise sex for many people watching, surprise even more and hopefully leave all with a more realistic view of what really happens in bedrooms across Britain, rather than what pornography, movies or telly would have us believe.

Nothing we don't see in the media these days ... next, the producers will fix cameras inside the box and viewers will decide who "did" it better.

Sex at an early age made Chris Brown a beast in the bedroom

In a recent interview Chris Brown recalls losing his virginity at age eight and how it made him a beast in the bedroom...
No wonder Rihanna & Karrueche want to die there.

From The Guardian

He lost his virginity when he was eight years old, to a local girl who was 14 or 15. Seriously? "Yeah, really. Uh-huh." He grins and chuckles. "It's different in the country." Brown grew up with a great gang of boy cousins, and they watched so much porn that he was raring to go. "By that point, we were already kind of like hot to trot, you know what I'm saying? Like, girls, we weren't afraid to talk to them; I wasn't afraid. So, at eight, being able to do it, it kind of preps you for the long run, so you can be a beast at it. You can be the best at it." (Now 24, he doesn't want to say how many women he's slept with: "But you know how Prince had a lot of girls back in the day? Prince was, like, the guy. I'm just that, today. But most women won't have any complaints if they've been with me. They can't really complain. It's all good."

London Court Ends Trial In Drama Over Lack Of Evidence

The London Metropolitan Police admitted in court on the last day of the assets confiscation trial on Monday that they lacked enough evidence to support their allegations of fraud, corruption and money laundering against former Delta State Governor, James Onanefe Ibori. This is coming just as Delta State Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Charles Ajuyah (SAN), denied allegations by the Metropolitan Police that the state government refused to release vital documents to it while investigating the corruption case against the former Governor. Continue to read the rest of the "quite lengthy" story ...
In a most surprising move that would be discussed for years in legal circles, the trial Judge, Anthony Pitts, granted the Crown Prosecution’s request to move the goal post when a match had entered injury time. As a result, the judge adjourned for a total retrial – in order for the prosecution to gather enough evidence against Ibori – after both the prosecution and defence have made their final submissions in the hearing which was supposed to end today.

And reacting to Pitts’ judgment in favour of the prosecution asking for a halt of the court proceedings after all parties had made their submissions, Ibori said: “After eight years of criminal investigations, five adjournments and over 50 trips to Nigeria, the prosecution failed to provide any tangible evidence to support their claim that I defrauded Delta Sta “Their case collapsed to such an extent that on the very last day of a three-week hearing, they were humbled into making an application to the judge for permission to start again which the judge unceremoniously granted.”

Pitts, acceding to the request of the prosecution and adjourning for the case to go to retrial, said: “I feel that this case inevitably requires decision that is probably based on proper evidence. This matter must proceed in a way to make proper decision… it seems to me to hear some more evidence.” Giving the crown prosecution the green light to go for more evidence to support their confiscation claim, the judge said: “I need to be in a much better position more than I am now to make a better decision. I am going to adjourn these proceedings till early next year.”

As the confiscation hearing opened early on Monday, Ibori’s lead counsel Ivan Krolic, as part of his skeletal argument against the background of Ibori’s guilty plea during the trial, said “the making of confiscation determinations is governed by different procedural requirement from trial procedures and different standard of proof is to be applied.” He added: “When it comes to trial and sentencing, the court is not concerned with numbers.” Pitts then cut in: “Number is also considered.”

Explaining to the judge, Krolic said “in confiscation, difference in number is important because the issues in confiscation are quantitative.” Pitts, sensing that Krolic was discrediting the prosecution’s evidence against Ibori, and knowing that it lacks sufficient evidence to support the claims, cut in again: “I fully agree that we are not bound by the pleas of guilt here… but we are in a different situation.”

Drawing from Krolic’s arguments that Ibori’s guilty plea has to be supported with quantitative evidence as to his benefits in the prosecution’s allegation as set out in Section 73 as the basis for consideration in the assets confiscation hearing, the judge continued: “I am being asked by you to ignore his guilty pleas and look again if he is actually guilty; I know you are not saying that, but it really seems so close.”

Undaunted, Krolic went on to cite many authorities to support his case that a guilty plea in confiscation does not mean that the defendant has the full benefits of the guilt. He said, “The burden lies on the prosecution to prove to what extent the defendant has benefitted from the offence and in this case, we are relying on the prosecution’s own evidence that is set out in Section 73 as provided in their often trumpeted 63,000 pages of evidence before this court from the start of this proceedings.”

Relying on the authority of the case of Mcintosh and Rezvi 2010, Krolic said, “The court held in Paragraph 22 that a plea of guilty did not amount to an admission from which a conclusive inferences can be drawn pursuant to Section 10CJA 1967. “Where the defendant has pleaded guilty, it is important for the prosecution to prove their case; I have shown you that what the prosecution has put forward in their 63,000 pages trial bundle is not supported by any iota of evidence.”

Lead Crown prosecutor, Sasha Wass, who appeared in court after lunch break and having been briefed by her junior counsel, Esther Schutzer-weissmann, that the judge was intending to adjourn the case for more evidence to help him reach a conclusion, said “your honour we will ask that these proceedings are brought to a halt and list it for another hearing so that we may call more witnesses.”

Ibori’s counsel, not satisfied with the prosecution’s request for a halt of the court proceedings and allowance for a retrial, urged the judge to hear the case to the end and give judgement based on the submissions made by both the prosecution and the defence. He said: “We do not say that the conviction should go, we do not attack the conviction, we are only concerned by what has been obtained by Mr. Ibori in connection to the charge.”

Trying to persuade the judge not to adjourn for retrial as being pushed for by the prosecution having found out that they do not have the evidence to back up their confiscation claim, Krolick said: “We are not even suggesting that witnesses are required… we are only saying that Ibori did not obtain what he has been accused of obtaining and that it is now crystal clear that the prosecution does not have evidence to link funds from Delta State to him and that the court should make its decision on that basis.”

But the counsel’s appeal could not persuade Pitts against granting the prosecution’s request for adjournment and retrial in order to call more evidences against Ibori. The court then adjourned till December 19 for preliminary direction of the confiscation proceeding – preparatory for a totally fresh trial. Speaking to newsmen on Monday, the Delta State Attorney General, Ajuyah, said he was shocked that the London Metropolitan police could make allegations against the Delta State Government when in fact they (police) never made any request for any document relating to Ibori’s trial.

“The truth is that there was never a time the Metropolitian Police requested for information or document from Delta. “No request was made either formally or informally and I do not think the person who made that assertion actually meant Delta State. If he did, then, it is not a sincere or truthful statement.“I believe a request of that nature should be in writing; was any evidence of the request produced? None was produced. Believe it, none was made and I say so with all sense of responsibility,” Ajuyah said.

However, the Attorney General stated that the EFCC had requested to conduct an audit into the Delta State accounts sometime in 2007 over which judicial intervention was sought.
“In fact, the only authority that ever contacted us on the Ibori case was the EFCC and initially they requested for documents from 1999 to 2007 for audit. “It was a general request and as a responsible government, it approached the court for a determination of the right of the state and an important issue was whether EFCC has the right to audit a state under the Constitution?
“There are other issues, which are ‘sub judice’, but the court granted an order ex parte to restrain the EFCC until determination of motion on notice.

“That order lasted for very short period and thereafter, EFCC made specific requests and the state government gave full and maximum co operation. “EFCC has boxes and boxes of documents from the state and I am aware that the documents were in possession of the Met Police and Crown prosecution. “If the state did not cooperate with EFCC, how come the Crown had materials from the Delta State?” he asked rhetorically. Ajuyah said the clarification became necessary in the face of spurious allegations the Metropolitan Police made against the Delta State Government over Ibori’s case in London.

A Cheating Wife/ Partner, Can You Forgive?

One thing that has broken so many homes is infidelity. Women, most times, find it easier to forgive their cheating husbands due to societal perception of infidelity as an acceptable norm for men. But men find it difficult to forgive their wife’s' unfaithfulness. Even boyfriends dump the relationship when they find out that their girlfriends have been cheating on them.

So over to you now. Can u forgive a cheating partner? What does your religion say about forgiving a cheating partner?

TB Joshua Predicted Agagu's Corpse Plane Crash In Lagos

One man that has remained consistent over the years in his prophesies and predictions is Prophet TB Joshua, no matter what a few people say about him, he has continued to do all that he know best to do in life.

Last Sunday, during his live Sunday service, TB Joshua said:
His church members should fast and pray, specifically on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday (the day of the Agagu's corpse plane crash). His reason? He told his congregation that he saw 'a gathering of TEARS'.

Agagu's village people also confirmed that they saw the same revelation and prayed and fasted but sadly there was nothing they could do to forestall the unfortunate incident.

icon gathered that the late Olusegun Agagu will still be buried today (Friday). May his soul RIP!

EXPOSED Reasons Why The Plane Carrying Agagu's Corpse Crashed

Facts have emerged on the reasons the chartered Embraer 120 aircraft carrying the corpse of ex-Ondo State governor, Chief Olusegun Agagu, crashed on Thursday minutes after it took off from the Murtala Mohammed Airport in Lagos, enroute Akure.

While officials said the ill-fated aircraft carried only 20 people on board, a reliable aviation source disclosed on Friday that the plane might have crashed because it was "overloaded" in some other ways...

The plane had 20 passengers, 13 of which died while the seven others were left in critical conditions.

The top source, who pleaded not to be named because of the sensitive nature of the issue, told Nation that at the time of the crash, the plane had 5-hour endurance fuel, which constituted burden on the plane because it only needed just about a third of that quantity of fuel for a return trip from Lagos to Akure.

The expert said: “It is true that the plane is designed for 30 passengers and there were only 20 on board, but it was loaded with too much fuel, and that is professionally wrong. The aircraft had five-hour endurance fuel for a return journey that would not take more than one hour.

Remember that the aircraft was also carrying a corpse, and you know that the weight of a corpse is more than that of a living person. This combined with the weight of the casket and the volume of fuel in the aircraft probably weighed it down as it approached the air.”

The foregoing, the source said, was compounded by the fact that the two engines of the aircraft might not have been in perfect conditions. Hence, when one of the engines packed up, the weight of the aircraft became too much for JUST one engine to carry.

“As it taxied for take-off, the pilot probably realised that the plane had lost an engine, but he believed that he was already at a point that we in the aviation sector call the “critical point of no return.” If he had aborted the flight at that point, the impact would have been much more.

“The pilot probably had to continue to go up or ‘pull off ‘ in the hope that the other engine could take the aircraft to a level where it could return to land and abort the flight. But whereas it is possible to stabilise with one engine when an aircraft is in the air, it is very dangerous to take off or land with one engine.”

By the account of the airliners, the ill-fated aircraft’s last flight was in August while it underwent a A-check in June, meaning that it did not fly in the whole of September. The expert said this was probably so because the aircraft, usually used for chartered services, was not hired during the period, which underscores the need for vigorous check by ground officers who certified it fit to be airborne.

The aviation expert also said communication between the pilot and the traffic controllers at the airport wasn't possible because the aircraft had not gained altitude for it to come under aerial radar control

Explaining the various stages of control before an aircraft is airborne, the source said: “There are four stages of control. The first stage is on the ground when the necessary checks are made to certify the aircraft fit. The second is the tower stage where the control tower declares the captain free to take off.

“The third is the approach stage where the control tower monitors the aircraft to see that it stabilises. The fourth is the radar stage when the plane is airborne and communication between the pilot and air traffic controllers is possible.

The aircraft was at the third stage which is ‘approach’ when it crashed on Thursday.”

It would be recalled that the propeller aircraft crashed into the compound of PPMC inside the premises of the Murtala Mohammed International Airport around 9.32 am on Thursday. The plane hit the fence and broke into two before it went up in flames after about 25 minutes.

Skuki Brothers In Séx Scandal

When a lady released some private photos of one of the Skuki brothers recently, the musicians denied it. But the lady is insisting that she will expose more damning photos if they carry on with "using and dumping" ladies.

And as if to show off that they've got what ladies want, money, the brothers posted the photo of themselves above eating in the midst of Naira notes.

See the bedroom photos the lady released and her treat to Skuki below:
The lady said: "I want Vavavoom, Skuki or whatever he calls himself to know that he messed with the wrong person this time, and until he apologizes to me to the notice of everyone who he embarrassed me in their presence, I would reveal his private escapades to the public every 24hours till he takes action.
