Following the series of suggeries he went through at an Abuja hospital, Kogi State Governor, Idris Wada, who was involved in a car accident last Friday, is said to be fighting to return to his feet.
The governor now walks around with inside his hospital room with the aid of crutches, probably to prove he's the strong man he claimed he is.
Governor Wada, who was rushed to the hospital on Friday night after a ghastly motor accident, suffered a broken thigh and has since undergone surgery.
The CMD of Cedacrest Hospital, Abuja, who addressed a news conference in Abuja on Saturday, explained that the governor was brought to the hospital at 8pm on Friday and they would do their best to treat him since he won't be flown abroad.
