Omotola’s Husband Opens Up!

Celebrated Nollywood actress Omotola J Ekeinde’s hubby, Captain Matthew Ekeinde, in a recent chat with Entertainment Express talked about his marriage to the actress, their success secret and his most special days with her.

Excerpts:

• What is the secret of your 17 years old marriage to Omotola?

 I won’t say we have been good because I am a fine boy (laughs), but it is just the grace of God. I am so lucky and also blessed by God to have married my God given partner.

That is a very important thing about marriage, you have to find and marry your God given partner. That is why a lot marriages breakup.

Some men marry women because of their hips, their boobs, legs and some other side attractions. But after love with her so many times, what happens next? Does she have a good attitude, character or good human relationship with others? I am not saying we are perfect couple, we have our own differences but we are compatible.

We have been married for over 17 years with four beautiful kids.

One thing that has been working for us as a couple is that I always encourage her to be who she wants to be. I give her full support always.

Lots of married women that are caught cheating on their husbands could be traced to the fact that some of their husbands don’t allow them explore their talents.

I encourage my wife and kids to be what they want to be.

Most of the influential men and women we have in this world didn’t even go to school. So it is all about exploiting your talents. Some women love acting but their husbands won’t let them believing that other men would touch or exploit them physically. It is all about discipline. Those that want to cheat will cheat; it is all about self control. 

• So when you see your wife kissing on set, you don’t get jealous?

 No! Not all. My wife tells me about her acting. Most times she even complains that some actors she acts love scenes with have mouth or body odour that she can’t wait to leave this scene.  So I even pity her on what she has to go through and endure being an actress.

This acting thing is just some minute acts and that is it. Will she follow the actor home? Lots of homes have been broken because of too pressure on the wife or even the kids.

• For the 17 years that you have been married, what are those special moments you can’t forget in a hurry?

Hmmm! Truly and honestly, I can’t forget the very first day I made l-o-v-e to my wife.

Wande Coal Claims “I never had a contract with Mavin Records” See Video!

We told you that it was possible that there was no contract with Mavin Records  in earlier reports. Now Coal has confirmed he was never signed to the Don Jazzy led label.

In an interview with Adesope Olajide on Vox Africa along with DJ Abrantee and Yvonne Nelson, Wande Coal revealed that he was never signed to Mavin Rercords after his former label Mo’Hits Records folded up

‘There’s no beef, there’s nothing so, I mean the song babyface was supposed to be on my album but since we fell out. I was just there, it was void [be]cause I didn’t have any contract’, Wande Coal replied, addressing the recent controversy over his new single ‘Babyface’.

Don Jazzy had earlier accused Wande of stealing a song, which he claims he owns. Days after a Twitter spat between the popular artistes,Mavin Records released a statement announcing Wande’s exit from the label.

Wande went on talk about why he started off his Black Diamond Entertainment label.

‘Everybody knows I’m Black Diamond; I’ve been with Don Jazzy for a while now. It was something I really wanted to do so I just decided to start my own outfit’, Wande said.

We are told that none of the Mavin Records artistes are signed to the label and are all working in ‘good faith’ for now.

TB Joshua Predicted Nigeria's Victory to 2014 World Cup

Over the years, Prophet TB Joshua of the Synagogue church has dished out several predictions and prophesies in different sectors of life and he has remained consistent, even though some still doubt him.

The latest came to the fore on Friday, November 15, 2013, Super Eagles midfielder, Ogenyi Onazi, who is one of TB Joshua's spiritual son, declared in an interview with Complete Sports: 'We’ll beat Ethiopia 2-0'.
